Course Content:

The ‘7 Habits’ teaching sessions follow the content and programme of ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’, originally authored by Stephen Covey. It is considered to be one of the most impactful programmes for business and individual effectiveness. This programme has stood the test of time, supporting personal effectiveness, leadership development and organisational change in many situations across the world. The course highlights how using the principles and purposes of self can help you move towards more effective and meaningful working. This course, following completion, includes access for a year to further online tools and learning.

Participants learn how to:
Take initiative, balance key priorities, improve interpersonal communication, build creative collaboration, and apply principles for achieving a more balanced life. Participants not only learn, but also use processes and tools to live and apply the 7 Habits paradigms whilst on the course.

• Habit 2 Begin with the End in Mind – Focus time and energy on things that can be controlled.
• Habit 3 Put First Things First – Execute on most important priorities.
• Habit 4 Think Win-Win – Work effectively and efficiently with others to achieve optimal results.
• Habit 5 Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood – Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Habit 6 Synergise – Innovate and problem solve with those who have a different point of view.
• Habit 7 Sharpen the Saw – Seek continuous improvement and renewal professionally and personally.
